All of our images are graded from one to five stars, and our pricing is determined by the grading.
Pricing for non-exclusive images:
1 star: AU$10 per image.
2 star: AU$20 per image.
3 star: AU$35 per image.
4 star: AU$50 per image.
5 star: AU$65 per image.
These prices are all based on full-sized images. The prices on the individual images may differ due to the size of the image and the size selected, but are based on these prices.
Pricing for limited-exclusivity and exclusivity:
You can purchase an image under limited exclusivity, which means that the image may have been previously sold, but once sold under limited exclusivity will never be sold again. Prices depend upon how many times that image has been previously purchased, but will never be more than nine times the non-exclusive price.
We offer exclusive images (i.e. only you have the rights to that image). These images have never been purchased before and once purchased exclusively will not be sold again. The price for an exclusive image is ten times the non-exlusive price.

Bulk Purchases:
We offer a percentage discount equal to the amount of images purchased on orders of more than five images, up to a maximum of 50% discount. Please contact us directly if you wish to make a bulk purchase as the online purchasing system does not take this into account. Otherwise you may use the online purchasing system and receive a value based coupon for use on your next purchase.
Rights:
Images are free of royalties, although there are some restrictions.
Non-exclusive images are sold repeatedly and may be in use by multiple customers at the same time. When an image is purchased exclusively, the image is removed from the site and is never sold again, however previous purchasers are still entitled to use the image. If you are concerned that the image has already entered use you are welcome to contact us to find out.
All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our business we can not offer refunds unless no images have been sent to you.
Non-Profit & Original Location Access
We like to be as socially responsible as possible.
As part of our social responsibility policy we allow free, unrestricted use of our images to any bona fide charity or non-profit organisation.
We also offer free, unrestricted use of our images to companies, organisations and individuals who own or manage the location where the image was originally shot. The location of each image is listed on the information page of all images. (This offer is limited to locations that have not charged us a photographic licence fee. See our FAQ for more information.)
The offer is limited to non-exclusive downloads only, this means that images downloaded by non-profit accounts continue to be available for download by others. If a non-profit or original location owner/manager would like to download an image for exclusive use, the regular charge will apply less a 50% discount.
